How to use RSS Feeds
What is RSS?

RSS, which stands for 'Really Simple Syndication' (aka 'Rich Site Summary'), enables readers to pick up news feeds of updated content from many websites and thus keep abreast of new developments without having to visit every website directly.
In oder to monitor RSS updates, you need to add the RSS feed to a 'news aggregator' facility. Once you have added RSS feeds to your aggregator, it will automatically fetch the latest headlines, summaries and links when their content changes.
This is less complicated than it sounds because the aggregator function is in fact built into many everyday programs that you are already using such as Google - iGoogle and Google Reader - Yahoo and various browsers such as Internet Explorer 8.
To add the feed from Jo Ouston & Co to your aggregator, you can click the orange RSS symbol on the Blog page and follow the intructions. Alternatively, you can go to your aggregator application and choose Add RSS Feed (or equivalent), then paste in the following link to the JO & Co site:-
