Jo Ouston & Co is run by an experienced management team with a permanent front-line staff providing support and continuity for clients.

	Jo Ouston Jo Ouston, Director, has a background in management development and career planning with extensive experience of business and industry.  Before establishing Jo Ouston & Co in 1990, she was Head of Advisory Services at the Institute of Management (now CMI), where she identified the need for new approaches to personal and management development.  With the emerging challenges of the IT revolution, globalisation and an unfamiliar organisational landscape individuals faced the end of the job-for-life culture, the demands for greater flexibility and self-reliance.
	Richard Fairclough Richard Fairclough, Director, is a company secretary with experience in commercial organisations, trade associations and consultancy who has been associated with Jo Ouston & Co since 1997.  He is concerned primarily with the infrastructure and systems of the practice.
	Sally Marquiss Sally Marquiss is Practice Manager at Jo Ouston & Co.  In addition to managing the office she handles sales for our Open Course programme, including liaison with participants, joining instructions and course evaluations.
	Frances Jackson As Training Administrator, Frances Jackson handles enquiries, bookings and course administration, with an emphasis on bespoke training including liaison with clients, contact with participants, joining instructions and course evaluations.
	Lorraine Higgins As Financial Administrator, Lorraine Higgins handles all financial transactions, including invoicing, purchase orders, payments and all billing and credit control enquiries.
