At Jo Ouston & Co, a major part of our work is delivering bespoke development solutions for our corporate clients - in blue-chip companies, SMEs, public sector bodies and not-for-profits.
We often work with Talent and Leadership groups and on special projects - for example, to kick-start strategic initiatives or to help embed change.

Special Projects
Clients often approach us when faced with new situations for which they have a feeling but no definite answer.
We enjoy working in creative partnership to achieve appropriate and effective solutions at the right price - drawing on our experience of projects and assignments over the last 25 years and on a substantial network of specialists, in addition to our own team of training consultants and mentors.
Examples of special projects that we have undertaken include:
- Development of a client-specific post-graduate Diploma/Masters programme in Creative Talents & Solutions in conjunction with a business school
- Design and development of in-house mentoring schemes for clients in the public and private sectors
- Roll-out nationally of a sales improvement plan for a major retailer

Bespoke Training

Locations
Locations too are flexible. We deliver in the UK, in Europe, the Middle East and North America. We have our own training facilities at our offices in London SW1. Alternatively, we can deliver at your premises or at external venues in the UK or overseas.
