Training in a group setting, with the opportunity for interaction and feedback from fellow participants, often works best for development of communication skills. However, individual skills coaching can be more appropriate when there are specific individual requirements to be met or to suit individual circumstances.

This work involves one-to-one sessions with our experienced trainers or experienced advisors, usually in our training rooms at Dolphin Square. Approaches are tailored to the individual’s needs and can be supported with video feedback where appropriate.
