Course Content
The course explores the elements of self-awareness, self-management, integrity and awareness of others that combine with interpersonal skills to build confidence, impact and influence.

Methods
This course is highly participative, exploring the elements of effective communication through a series of practical exercises and with the opportunity to practice on examples from participants’ own work.  Analysis of posture and voice with video feedback helps participants improve their physical presence.
