In most work today an essential skill is the ability to communicate effectively - interacting with others, hearing what they have to say and being able to influence them. Influencing with Integrity - the Power of Communication - is a mini personal presence course that lays the foundations for effective communication by increasing spontaneity, confidence, comfort and the ability to influence others with integrity.

Objectives

• To explore ways to improve communication skills using voice and body to reinforce the words used
• To explore the skills that help to influence others with integrity and enable you to project yourself with confidence, spontaneity and conviction

Course Content
The course develops personal flexibility in communication. It looks at ways of managing conflict and at ways of understanding and interpreting others' agendas as a basis for choosing effective approaches.
