In the aftermath of the 'credit crunch', all are being asked to do more with less and at lower cost. We need to get value from our time and other resources and to work not just harder but more effectively.
Objectives
- To recognise creativity in yourself and in others and to develop new patterns of team working.
- To examine creative concepts and frameworks drawn from other worlds
- To enable participants to engage with others in solving problems together
Course Content
The course explores the nature of creativity and how it how it can be released in yourself and others to make the most of the team’s resources.

Methods
Mini lectures; discussion; group and pair working; models and instruments; games and exercises. The tutors will use techniques drawn from a wide variety of different sources.
